Creative Partnership Commitment

At Astromic Solutions, this is more than a design service—it’s a long-term creative collaboration in support of the TRICOAST mission. Our retainer agreement reflects a shared commitment to shaping educational storybooks, visual learning tools, and brand-aligned media that carry both heart and impact.

This partnership is built on creative trust, clarity, and sustained co-creation.

Monthly Commitment & Payment Terms

  • Your retainer of $2,000 CAD/month secures a dedicated space in my production calendar for illustration services, graphic design, and marketing consultation.

  • Payment is due at the start of each month through your dedicated Wix payment portal.

  • This ensures reliable creative momentum and access to monthly design sessions and collaborative reviews.

 

Scope of Services

Each month includes a flexible set of creative services tailored to your project phase. Typical deliverables include:

  • Full-color illustration for children’s books and educational tools

  • Graphic design for print and digital collateral (flyers, templates, book layouts)

  • Brand asset development (logos, icons, character sets, story visuals)

  • Marketing consulting and visual strategy guidance

  • Weekly or biweekly meetings based on need

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable

  • Ongoing access to a shared project folder for delivery and asset review

 

We move at a steady, creative pace, allowing space for thoughtful development and flexibility as the project evolves.

 

Pausing or Ending the Engagement

If you need to pause or adjust our work together:

  • Please provide 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Completed work from the current month is non-refundable.

  • If the partnership ends early, you’ll receive all completed and paid-for assets.

  • I’m always open to flexible, respectful conversations about timing, scope, or payment should needs shift.

 

Creative Ownership & Usage

  • All original illustrations, designs, and graphic assets created for TRICOAST Education are yours to use across educational products, marketing materials, and digital platforms once payment is complete.

  • I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio or process reels, with appropriate credit and care for your brand timeline.

 

Communication & Collaboration

This is a high-integrity partnership built on regular communication and creative synergy.
I commit to:

  • Clear and responsive communication

  • Timely and professional-quality deliverables

  • Alignment with your evolving educational vision

I ask that you:

  • Show up for scheduled sessions or notify me in advance if rescheduling

  • Offer consolidated feedback when possible

  • Respect boundaries around deliverables and revision cycles

 

Creative Integrity & Emotional Safety

You are not just clients, you’re co-creators. I hold a deep respect for the vision you’re bringing into the world through TRICOAST, and I approach each asset with intention and care. If something feels off or misaligned, we’ll work through it together.

 

Not Locked In — Always Respected

While this is an ongoing collaboration, you are never locked into a rigid contract. You are welcome to continue month to month based on alignment, progress, and mutual satisfaction.
