Scope of Services
This Full Book Engagement includes:

Full-color illustrations (25–30 per book)

Page layout and mockups

Character and world development

Two rounds of revisions

Delivery of print-ready files
The total cost of the book project is $4,500, delivered across three structured phases:

Beginning Phase – $1,350 (Deposit to initiate work)

Mid-Way Phase – $1,800 (Due upon delivery of the first draft)
-
Completion Phase – $1,350 (Due upon final approval and delivery)
The typical production timeline is 6–8 weeks per book.
Included Launch Support Package
Because I’m genuinely excited to walk alongside you in this journey, I’m including a Launch Support Package at no extra cost as part of our collaboration. This ensures your book receives not only beautiful illustration but also the guidance and visibility it deserves at launch.

✔️ Fairy-Themed Library Launch Event Coordination – Includes creative planning, a custom Fiona & Penelope coloring book, and my in-person support at the event.
I’m happy to coordinate with the Fredericton Public Library, handle the creative setup, and be there in person to help bring the magic to life. You would simply look after the refreshments and cover any venue-related costs, which we can keep modest and manageable.
This package is designed to ensure your book doesn’t just get finished—it gets celebrated.
Cancellation & Pause Policy

The initial deposit is non-refundable, as it reserves your place in the schedule and initiates project work.

If the project is paused or canceled after the Mid-Way Phase, all completed work will be delivered, and the Mid-Way payment is due.

I ask for clear communication and, if needed, a mutual agreement on rescheduling or completion timelines.

This package is not subscription-based—you only pay for each book we engage on.
Ownership & Usage

All illustrations and design assets are yours to use for publication, marketing, and product sales upon final payment.

Astromic Solutions retains the right to feature the work in my portfolio or promotional materials, always with proper credit and care.
