The Human Potentialists

Description: The Human Potentialists, a benefit corporation, was established with the noble purpose of generating revenue for non-profit organizations, specifically The Enneagram Prison Project – the original inspiration behind this remarkable venture. As a self-awareness training company specializing in Enneagram training for individuals, therapists, and corporations, The Human Potentialists bring a unique approach to teaching that stems from the educational style birthed in the Enneagram Prison Project.

When tasked with creating their logo, I had the privilege of consulting with the founder to understand her vision. It became clear that she wanted the dandelion to serve as the primary symbol for The Human Potentialists – representing the seed of potential inherent within every human being.

To bring this concept to life, I embarked on abstracting a blooming dandelion in its seed stage. This design choice beautifully captures both growth and possibility. Additionally, I ensured that the icon maintained a human-like quality to symbolize how it intertwines with people and their potential.

The central circular shape of the logo holds significant meaning as well. Divided into three sections, it represents not only the three centers of intelligence but also reflects upon the law of one depicted in the Enneagram of Personality symbol. This thoughtful incorporation adds depth and complexity to convey The Human Potentialists' profound ideas.
