Business Development & Guided Support Retainer

Build the systems, skills and structure needed to bring Epic Global Legends into operation—with focused strategic guidance along the way.

 

Monthly Retainer

$1,000 CAD per month

Includes up to two hours of guided consulting each week, normally scheduled on Fridays.

 

What We’ll Work On

Our sessions may include:

- Business planning and organizational development
- Creating practical systems and repeatable workflows
- Structuring the Epic Global Legends editorial process
- Clarifying roles, responsibilities and next steps
- Coaching in the effective use of AI and supporting technologies
- Strategic problem-solving and decision support
- Accountability and guidance as the business develops

The purpose of this engagement is to support Laura in building the knowledge, confidence and systems needed to operate Epic Global Legends independently.

Scope of the Retainer

This is a consulting, coaching and guided-support arrangement. Robin will provide strategic thinking, recommendations, instruction and collaborative systems guidance.

The retainer does not include administrative assistance, ongoing business operations, editorial design, magazine production, client deliverables or other done-for-you execution.

Specific editorial projects—including design, revisions, production and publication preparation—fall outside the retainer and are handled under the separately established editorial pricing and billing arrangement with Astromic Solutions Inc.

Additional consulting requested beyond the included weekly time may also be quoted separately.

Working Together

Sessions will normally take place on Fridays and will be scheduled collaboratively. Priorities may evolve as Epic Global Legends develops, provided the work remains within the consulting and guided-support scope.
