This payment covers the Astromic Solutions Inc. portion of Barbara L. Persons’ custom Form & Precision editorial package.

The engagement includes the creative direction, editorial design and production required to bring the approved editorial concept through final completion.

Astromic Editorial Fee

Total: $1,497 USD

For convenience, the fee is divided into three payments of $499 USD:

• First payment: $499 USD — due to begin revisions and final production

• Second payment: $499 USD — during production

• Final payment: $499 USD — due upon completion and before delivery of the final publication-ready files

 

What This Includes

Astromic Solutions’ portion of the editorial engagement includes:

• Creative direction and visual development

• Editorial layout and design

• Production of the publication

• Incorporation of the currently submitted logo, image and copy changes

• Final visual refinement and quality review

• Preparation and delivery of the completed magazine as a digital, print-ready PDF

 

The deliverable is a finished digital, print-ready version of the magazine. Physical printing, shipping and distribution are not included and will be quoted and billed separately if requested.

The final payment becomes due when editorial production is complete and before delivery of the final print-ready file.

Requests that substantially change the approved concept, structure or direction of the editorial may require a separate estimate before additional work proceeds.
