Terms & Conditions

Astromic Solutions Inc.

1. Overview

This agreement outlines the terms under which Astromic Solutions Inc. provides creative direction, branding, and website design services to the client.

By submitting payment for any phase of your project, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

​

2. Project Scope

The project scope, deliverables, and timeline are detailed in your approved proposal. Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be subject to a separate quote or change order.

​

3. Payments & Milestones

All projects are divided into three phases, each tied to a milestone payment.

  • Phase 1: Deposit required to begin (non-refundable).

  • Phase 2: Due upon design approval before development continues.

  • Phase 3: Due prior to website launch or final file delivery.

Payments are listed in USD for clarity and processed in CAD through Astromic Solutions Inc. at the current exchange rate.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of creative work, Phase 1 deposits are non-refundable.


If the project is paused or canceled by the Client after work has begun:

  • Work completed to date will be billed in full.

  • Any unused funds may be applied toward future projects at the discretion of Astromic Solutions.

If the Designer must cancel for any unforeseen reason, all unearned funds will be refunded promptly.

5. Revisions

Each phase includes a defined number of revision rounds (as outlined in your proposal). Additional changes beyond this will be billed at our current hourly rate.

Revisions are most effective when provided promptly. Extended delays in feedback may impact timelines.

​

6. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided for planning purposes. Timely communication, content delivery, and payment from the Client are essential for keeping the project on track.

​

If delays extend beyond 30 days due to lack of response, the project may be placed on hold and subject to a reactivation fee.

​

7. Ownership & Usage

Final approved deliverables become the Client’s property once the project is paid in full.

​

Astromic Solutions retains the right to:

  • Display project visuals and creative process for portfolio and marketing purposes.

  • Retain source files and working documents (these are not included unless otherwise specified).

All unused design concepts, sketches, or explorations remain the intellectual property of Astromic Solutions.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all sensitive project information, proprietary materials, and client data as confidential.

​

9. Liability

Astromic Solutions provides creative and technical services in good faith and is not liable for consequential damages, lost revenue, or third-party system errors (such as hosting downtime or payment processor issues).

​

10. Communication

All official project communication will occur through email, scheduled meetings, or shared project platforms. Informal channels (e.g., text messages) are not considered binding for approvals or scope changes.

​

11. Agreement

By submitting your Phase 1 deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
