Creative Partnership Commitment

At Astromic Solutions, this collaboration is more than consulting ,  it’s an active co-creation space. Our retainer agreement reflects a mutual commitment to building the ZODIAN brand through original artwork, visual storytelling, and worldbuilding support.

This partnership is rooted in trust, creative flow, and shared vision.

Monthly Commitment & Payment Terms

  • Your retainer of $1,200/month secures your place in my production calendar for illustration, design, and creative development.

  • Payment is due at the start of each month via your dedicated Wix payment portal to activate that month’s services.

  • This retainer ensures timely delivery of visual assets and access to weekly co-creation sessions.

 

Scope of Services

Each month includes a flexible set of creative services, adapted to your evolving project needs. Typical deliverables include:

  • High-resolution character illustrations

  • Poster and promo designs

  • Storyboard frames and visual scripting for video content

  • Digital assets for web, video, or social media

  • Weekly 60-minute review sessions

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions per major deliverable

  • Access to a shared project folder for delivery and reference

This creative cadence ensures momentum without locking us into rigid phases. We shape the process together based on priority and pacing.

Pausing or Ending the Engagement

I understand creative projects evolve. If you need to pause or conclude our work:

  • Please give at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Completed work within the current month is non-refundable.

  • Upon early exit, you will receive all completed and paid-for assets.

  • I'm open to grace-based conversations around timing or payment should unexpected circumstances arise.

 

Creative Ownership & Usage

  • All original designs, illustrations, and assets created for ZODIAN are yours to use for business, branding, marketing, or publishing once payment is complete.

  • I retain the right to feature the work in my portfolio or behind-the-scenes process reels, with proper credit and in alignment with your public launch timeline.

 

Communication & Collaboration

This is a high-trust, high-creativity partnership.
I commit to:

  • Clear and consistent communication

  • Respect for your timelines, voice, and vision

  • Professional-quality assets delivered on schedule

I ask that you

  • Show up for weekly sessions or give timely notice if rescheduling

  • Offer consolidated feedback when possible

  • Respect boundaries around revision rounds and agreed scopes

If ever something feels out of sync, we’ll address it with care.

Not Locked In — Always Respected

While we are currently in an ongoing partnership, you are never locked into a long-term contract.
You are welcome to continue month to month based on alignment, satisfaction, and project momentum.
