## 2. Accuracy of Information
All SIGNET assessments and astrological materials are generated using the birth data you provide (date, time, and location).
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your information.
- Astromic Solutions is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete submissions.
- Adjustments due to corrected birth data may require additional fees.

## 3. Intellectual Property
All SIGNET materials are the **exclusive intellectual property** of Astromic Solutions, including:
- SIGNET Blueprints, scans, reports, and identity maps
- Custom illustrations, graphics, sigils, and brand imagery
- Written interpretations, templates, frameworks, and system architecture
- AI prompts, models, GPT configurations, and console structures
- SIGNET’s proprietary symbolism, archetypal structures, and narrative systems
Clients receive **personal-use rights only**.
You may **not**:
- Copy, share, or redistribute SIGNET materials
- Use SIGNET content in your business or teaching
- Upload SIGNET content into AI systems
- Publish or plagiarize SIGNET intellectual property
- Use SIGNET GPT models to train other models or tools

Astromic Solutions utilizes AI tools (e.g., SIGNET GPT Console, Astromic Mentor GPT) to enhance the client experience.

- No AI content should be treated as psychological, medical, or legal advice.
- Misuse (scraping, copying, reverse-engineering) may result in revoked access.

## 5. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
### Refund Policy
Due to the custom-designed nature of SIGNET products, **all sales are final** once work has begun.
This applies to:
- SIGNET Scan
- SIGNET Blueprint
- AI Console setup
- Coaching programs
- Printed materials
- Any custom creative work
### Rescheduling
- Live sessions may be rescheduled with **24 hours’ notice**.
- Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
### Payments
- Payment (or deposit) is required before service begins.
- Subscription/installment plans must be fully paid to access materials.

Access to any SIGNET GPT interface is granted under the following conditions:

- Not to be copied, scraped, or reverse-engineered
- Access may be time-limited by tier
- Access may be revoked for misuse
You may **not** upload SIGNET content into third-party AI systems or attempt to reconstruct the SIGNET framework.
