Terms & Conditions


Astromic Solutions Inc.
Effective Date: October 17, 2025

1. Overview

This agreement outlines the terms under which Astromic Solutions Inc. provides ongoing creative direction, branding, website design, and marketing support to the Client on a monthly retainer basis.

By submitting payment for the retainer, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.


2. Retainer Scope

The monthly retainer provides access to ongoing creative services including, but not limited to:

Branding and visual identity design

Website design, development, and maintenance

Advertising and marketing design

Strategic creative direction and consultation

This retainer includes up to 25 hours per month of creative services. Hours are tracked by Astromic Solutions and summarized at the end of each billing period.

Additional hours beyond the included 25 will only be undertaken with Client approval and are billed at $150 CAD per hour.


3. Payments & Billing

• The retainer fee is $1,700 USD per month, billed at the start of each month.

• Payments are processed in CAD at the current exchange rate through Astromic Solutions Inc.

• Unused hours may roll over for one month only, after which they expire.

• Additional hours beyond the agreed monthly retainer will be billed at $150 CAD/hour, or at a rate otherwise specified in writing.


4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because the retainer secures a dedicated block of creative time each month, payments are non-refundable once the month has begun.

Either party may terminate the retainer with 30 days’ written notice.


If the retainer is canceled mid-month, any work completed to date will be billed in full, and remaining hours may not be refunded or transferred.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

Revisions are included as part of the monthly creative flow. Reasonable rounds of feedback are expected within the agreed hours. Excessive or repeated revisions beyond scope may require additional time billed at the hourly rate.

6. Communication & Scheduling

All official communication will occur through email, scheduled calls, or the designated client portal. Text messages or casual messages are not binding for approvals or scope changes.

Regular check-ins will be scheduled as needed to review progress and set priorities for the upcoming month.


7. Ownership & Usage

Final approved deliverables become the Client’s property once payment for that month is complete.

Astromic Solutions retains:

The right to display project visuals for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Ownership of working files, sketches, and unused concepts, unless otherwise agreed.


8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect all confidential information, proprietary materials, and sensitive client data shared throughout the partnership.

9. Liability

Astromic Solutions provides all services in good faith and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost revenue, or third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting downtime, email outages, or payment processor errors).

10. Agreement

By submitting payment for the monthly retainer, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
